Drop off Instructions

Moms and Munchkins wants to make the check-in process as streamlined and efficient as possible. By reading the information below and understanding how the process works, you will help us keep this a fast and efficient process. We highly recommend that you print a copy of this page and bring it with you to the sale on Drop Off day in case you need to refer back to it.

Before you bring your items to Drop Off:

Have all of your items clean, pressed, hung and tagged. Clothing should be grouped by gender and size to allow for quick and easy placement on the sales floor.

Drop Off will take place at the sale location. Consignors MUST make a drop off appointment online by clicking on the link below. Please schedule one drop off appointment for every 100 items that you are consigning. These appointments MUST be back to back.

Drop Off appointments will be every 15 minutes. Please be on time to avoid any backlog and waiting for anyone.

Remember... If you ARE donating your items, please highlight the "donate yes" area on your printed tag in ORANGE using a marker or highlighter. You will not be receiving these items back if they do not sell.

You will be directed to a check-in-table where a volunteer will check your items for seasonality and blemishes, return to you any items that are deemed unacceptable (if any) and you will receive your Consignor Pre-sale pass. A Moms and Munchkins volunteer will then remove your items from the check in area and place them onto the sales floor.

Every item will be checked in during Drop Off and any unacceptable items will be sent home with the consignor. Please don't be offended if we ask you to take back some of your items. We will be screening very closely so as to maintain the upscale quality of the sale. We reserve the right to refuse any item that we feel may not sell. It is often easy to miss a spot or tear when you are getting your items ready at home. We want to be known for having the best quality merchandise and we want you as a purchaser to have confidence that you are buying the best.

There will be a table set up with some cleaning supplies that you may use to remove any stains, etc that we may find. If the items cleans up, we can accept it into the sale.

Before you leave:

Please leave a box if you are coming back to pick up leftover items and not donating them. There is no need to write your name or consignor number on the box as you may not receive the same box back that you left. No totes please, cardboard boxes only.

Take any items that we were not able to accept with you and DON'T forget your pre-sale pass!
