Items Accepted
Items must be current and in excellent, clean, and odor free condition with no signs of wear and no damage such as pilling, tears, holes, missing buttons, dysfunctional zippers, and stains. Make sure you have scrutinized each item as though YOU were going to buy it.
Every item will be checked in during Drop Off and any unacceptable items will be sent home with the consignor. Please don't be offended if we ask you to take back some of your items. We will be screening very closely so as to maintain the upscale quality of the sale. We reserve the right to refuse any item that we feel may not sell. It is often easy to miss a spot or tear when you are getting your items ready at home. We want to be known for having the best quality merchandise and we want you as a purchaser to have confidence that you are buying the best.
Moms and Munchkins accepts children's clothes, teen clothes (to size 16 girls & 16 boys), maternity clothes (see below for details), shoes, baby accessories, bedding, toys/books/videos, equipment such as strollers/cribs/walkers/etc., and just about anything else related to children. Only items applicable to the upcoming season will be accepted (for example, swimsuits, shorts, sleeveless tops, and sandals, etc. should only be brought to the spring sale, and Halloween costumes and winter jackets only at the fall sale). Dance wear is accepted at all sales. There are some unacceptable items so please check the list to avoid bringing those to the sale.
Consignors must check this list to ensure that they are not consigning any recalled items and this list to ensure that items meet the standard lead limits and phthalates standards.
It is important to us that only safe products are offered to our customers, therefore we ask that each consignor carefully check that none of their items have been recalled before bringing them to our event. As the seller/owner of an item, it is the CONSIGNOR'S RESPONSIBILITY to ensure that each item meets the required safety standards. You will certify that items you bring to the sale have not been recalled and meet safety guidelines when you sign your Consignor Agreement.

Children's clothing GIRLS sizes preemie-16 and BOYS size preemie-16. Must be applicable to upcoming season and manufactured in the last 5 years. Sizes Small-XL accepted only if brand and style are for children. We will not accept adult size clothing except maternity wear. Jeans, pants, short and long sleeves are accepted at BOTH sales (heavyweight only at FALL, sleeveless only at SPRING) NOTE: We do not accept underwear unless brand new in the original package.
Children's shoes only-no adult shoes please.

| Toys, Books, & Games |
| We accept items from puzzles to ride-on toys, to play houses to dolls, cars, & trucks, to video/computer games and systems to DVD's (G, PG & PG-13 only) and MUCH MUCH MORE. Most all children's toys are accepted as long as they are in good clean condition, working and adhere all CPSC safety guidelines and have not been recalled. All items must be in working condition and include all pieces. Batteries must be included if applicable. Items MUST WORK before being accepted. If possible, provide the instruction manual. These can sometimes be downloaded from the manufacturers website as well. These help your item to sell better too! |

| Nursery needs - Diaper pails/genies and potty seat/chairs are acceptable as long as they are very VERY clean.. |
| Bath seats, guardrails, safety equipment (with all parts), bumbo seats, towels, boppy pillows, slings & infant carriers, etc. |
| Bedding and Decor |
| Comforters, blankets, bumpers, sheets, pillows, etc. Picture frames, mobiles, rugs, lamps, etc. - must be child oriented |
| Equipment & Furniture |
| Mattresses are acceptable for cribs, toddler beds and bassinetts as long as clean with NO STAINS. No mattresses above a Toddler bed size are accepted. Must be child mattress, no adult fabric mattresses. |
| Strollers, walkers, high-chairs, exersaucers, bikes, playground equipment, etc. Cribs, toddler beds, bassinets, changing tables, dressers. Equipment must be clean or it will not be accepted. Attach any accompanying items securely. All items need to be set up at drop off.. this includes furniture, pack n plays, strollers, bookshelves, etc. Broken equipment or items with any missing pieces (stroller trays etc.) is not acceptable. Car seats you wish to sell must never have been in an accident and must not be more than 4 years old. Please also make sure yours is not on the following Recall List. |
As consignors, you are responsible for checking the expiration dates on your car seats, making sure that your items have not been recalled, etc.
Occasionally, due to an oversight at check-in, we find items on the sales floor that do not meet these standards. Moms and Munchkins reserves the right to remove these items and return them to you at sale end.

Please make sure your items have working batteries if needed. Items that require batteries will not be accepted without them.
We will be taking a great deal of care to ensure the upscale quality of this event. Please do not be offended if we do not accept some of your items at check in.
