Pick Up instructions

Consignors have the option of picking up their unsold items or having them donated to a local charity. Items not picked up by the end of the designated pick up times will be donated to a local charity. If you know you would like to donate some or all of your items, please make sure to mark the "donate" box when you are entering your items in the consignor system.

Remember... If you ARE donating your items, please highlight the "donate yes" area on your printed tag in ORANGE using a marker or highlighter. You will not be receiving these items back if they do not sell.

The process of picking up is very simple and efficient. Stop by the sale location between the pick up hours. (event times) All of your items will already be separated into a box with your consignor number. Larger items will be off to the side with your consignor number on them. Give the volunteers there your consignor number and they will bring you your box of items.

You should review your "sold items listing"online so that you are aware of the number of items that sold and the number of items that you will be picking up. This helps to let you know if you are picking up any larger items so you can bring the necessary vehicle if needed.

Please also make sure that you check the lost/found table for any of your items that may have been separated from their tags during the sale.

Lastly, because our time is limited to move out of the building, all items remaining after the close of Pick Up time SHARP will be donated. WE CAN NOT MAKE PHONE CALLS AND WAIT FOR LATE ARRIVALS. Doors will be closed and locked on time and pick ups will no longer be available. If you cannot be there to pick up your items, you may designate someone to do it for you. We appreciate your punctuality and understanding.
