Volunteers
We appreciate the many volunteers it takes to help our sales run smoothly. All of our workers are volunteers who have the opportunity to shop FIRST! Volunteering is also lots of fun.
Consignors may also be Moms and Munchkins volunteers. Volunteers help with setting up racks and tables, with item check-in on Drop Off days, straightening, organizing and customer service on sale days as well as with the item Re-sort in preparation for Pick Up. Husbands may also volunteer! We need men to help with set up, clean up, floor security and helping shoppers with large items during our event. No one under the age of 18 please.. In order to shop first, volunteer for 1 Four hour shift. You can register to volunteer here. There will be a list of designated volunteer times in 4 hour shifts and these spaces are limited to a certain number of volunteers per shift.
Receive 65% of your sold items for volunteering 1 shift. And 1 pre-sale pass .
*A+ Volunteers are those who sign up for 2 or more 4 hour volunteer shifts.
They will enjoy 70% of their sold items total and receive 1 pre-sale pass for each shift they volunteer.

Please arrive a few minutes early for your scheduled volunteer shift to get your name tag and review & sign our volunteer contract.
We do not have areas to place purses, etc during your work shift. Please leave those items in your car. We cannot be responsible for their security at the sale location.
**There are no children allowed during your volunteer shift so if you have children, please make arrangements for someone to watch your children during your shift. There will be a lot of heavy items, cleaners, etc around and for safety reasons, children are not permitted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. **
